From its beginning, Kimntrum Foundation has looked for professionals from any area of knowledge with a special interest in social well-being and with different degrees of practical-theoretical experience in scientific research to be trained as researchers.

The Trainee Researcher Program seeks to support the academic and work development of professionals interested in social development and innovation based on scientific research in order to improve the levels of social equity and well-being.
